Refunds
If Dustpan is not for you, write to hello@dustpan.app within 14 days of buying it and you will get your money back. You do not have to say why.
Your licence
- Buying Dustpan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on the Macs you own or control.
- The licence is for life. It covers every version of Dustpan we ever release, including major new versions, at no further charge. It does not expire and there is nothing to renew.
- Dustpan is not, and will not become, a subscription. If the way it is sold ever changes, licences bought before the change keep everything described here.
- Please do not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app, or remove its licensing.
What Dustpan does, and your part in it
Dustpan removes files from your Mac at your request. It is built to be careful: nothing is selected for you, protected folders are refused, and anything that may be wanted goes to the Trash rather than being deleted. Even so, you decide what is removed. Look at what you have selected before you press Clean, and keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, as you should with or without a cleaner.
Warranty and liability
Dustpan is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and our total liability for any claim connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Who you are dealing with
Dustpan is made and sold by [seller’s legal name, country]. These terms are governed by the laws of that country.
